Shipping policy

All orders are packaged and shipped within 5 business days via USPS or UPS. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, size and buyer's location. These rates are subject to change. We always recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance to cover the cost of your purchased goods. While insurance is not a requirement, we cannot create a claim to replace broken or mishandled items if insurance is not selected for your order.

If you have an existing basket/order and are adding to it, please select "local pickup" at checkout to avoid additional shipping fees. 

Please double check your shipping address, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages due to incorrect information.

King Murphys LLC/King Murphy's Stones cannot guarantee delivery dates/times and is not responsible for delayed packages. USPS/UPS may provide approximations upon creating the tracking number and are subject to change due to circumstances outside of our control. Please note: during high volume times, including holidays or backlogs due to natural disasters, couriers may be overwhelmed and shipments may become further delayed. 

Once our shipping partners are in possession of your package, the information they provide is the same and only information we are provided as well. Please know that we make every attempt to provide our customers with the ultimate customer service, and encourage you to sign up for text or email shipment notifications once you receive your tracking information for the most up-to-the-moment package updates.

International Customers:

While shipping rates will be calculated directly from the shipping information provided, once shipped, items may be subject to additional import duties and taxes. Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any additional fees incurred or required for delivery.
